Refund policy
Returns
You have 14 days from receiving the order to contact us for return approval and instructions. You have 30 days from the date of receiving the order to mail back the returned products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must have been purchased within the past 30 days, in original condition including all packaging, manuals, accessories, security seals, etc, and not excluded below to be eligible. Apparel must be unworn and unlaundered.

- International Orders
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Laddermonkethatco.com Reserves the right to reject a return/exchange request if an falls within the scope of Non-returnable items, or if laddermonkeyhatco.com deems item to be used, or not in the original condition upon receiving the item back.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will inspect and process the return within 7 business days of receiving it. A customer service representative will process the return accordingly and our system will send you an email confirm for any refund processed. If required, a customer service representative will contact you via email or phone call with any questions or outstanding issues. If the item returned does not pass inspection, our customer service representative will contact you with an explanation and your options to have the item mailed back to you. Customers that would like the item not passing inspection mailed back will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the returned item.
For Orders under $500: We refund the price of the product, we do not refund shipping charges. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your order qualified for free shipping, Laddermonkeyladderco.com reserves the right at our discretion to deduct the shipping cost for the original shipment from your refund, with a maximum deduction of $15.
For Orders over $500: The customer is required to pay any shipping/freight charges to return the items back to laddermonkeyhatco.com. Once received back and all items pass return inspection, you will receive a refund for the product value, less any shipping charges (if the order received free shipping), and less a 25% restocking fee.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-7 Business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges and returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
