Shipping policy

All orders are processed an shipped from the United States. Processing times vary based on item(s) purchased and are listed on each product page. Processing times are estimates, include business days only (excludes weekends and holidays), and do not include shipping time. Our system will send you an order confirmation email and text (if subscribed at checkout) once the order is place. You will receive shipping notification email(s) when your order has shipped. 

Delayed Processing Times due to Customized/Personalized Items: On occasion, there will be a longer processing time than the estimated processing time listed on the website. Certain non-customized items may be held until the customized item(s) are processed and ready to ship, in this case the non-custom and customized items will ship in the same package. In additional Customized/personalized items may experience longer than the estimated listed processing time due to the item not passing quality inspection after customization has been completed. In this circumstance, the ordered item will be sent back to production causing extended processing time. 

Other Potential Shipping/Processing Time Delays: Ladder Monkey Hat Co. relies on Third Party Vendors, Shipping Companies and therefore delays due to manufacturer backorders or postal service problems (pandemics, weather events, ect), may cause delays in production of customized/personalized items or longer shipping transit times. Ladder Monkey Hat Co. works with vendors and shipping companies to mitigate these potential issues; however, Firefighter.com does not have control over situations effecting third party vendors and/or shipping companies (USPS, UPS, FedEx, ect). 

Lost, Missing or Stolen Packages: Ladder Monkey Hat Co. is not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages. We will work with the carriers to attempt to locate the package in such event; however, Laddermonkeyhatco.com reserves the right to accept carriers' confirmation of delivery with no further action (no refunds or replacements)
